My marshal tells me Teagan is forming an army? Is this an old issue? Do we know if he is actually forming an army. If so does he have leave to do so?

Just for informational purposes, Teagan is not a member of UWS. He is, and always has been, an independent politician, who is adamant about not belonging to a party. I am also fairly sure he knows the laws, but that being said, I will contact him to see what he is doing. Note that I am contacting him as a concerned citizen, not as a politician, just as anyone could. There is no law saying that you can only talk to your own party.

As long as he does not recruit or move it is not illegal to "form" an army.

Teagan is not a member of UWS or any political party. He is independent.
Try contacting the diocese.

I am not intent to bring the past of this priest here,
and i dont have even the intention to prosecute him, this will look bad, now if someone read like this the law, then ok, that means he create this army to stay IN PLACE......

And if you want it by the letter of the law, he moved from the town outside of Chard.
But it's ok.

I never saw a priest building an army, but i have to admmit we are dealing with a unique guy ingame, with his own bugs.....

PS:If someone called him in SAS,at least he can make some artificial battles with Kulles about army abilities.

I have been in contact with Teagan, who told me his "army" has existed since the game mechanics allowed such a thing. He said that he would prefer if it weren't called an army or a retinue, since he does not bare arms, but the game mechanics require it. It is free for anyone to join and is used only for traveling.

he could explain it earlier to the local forces of Chard.

I dont like to travel to Chard and see an army in front of me.
If he had wrong modifications, he would be killed by now,
and to kill a priest in my irl Country is a bad sign...
