About embassy

Ok guys I think we need to recruit new ambassador, we have too few.

I think the best way is not to announce it in the RK forum, but i think we should do like level 3.

Look for french profile in your town list. give me that list I will mail them in French so we can have more ambassador and maybe more export possibility with mainland and that way reduce even more the overproduction of Somerset
