Gregarious marches to the desk and deposits a letter for the Duke knowing him a busy man and not wanting to disturb him or wait for him to be free.

Does the Somerset Armed Service have a stance on the War in France. The men are asking and nervous. It woulds be good to know where we stand as a force on this issue.

France is the one that provide the iron to make the sword you got, is the one that provide all the iron that help us to keep the mine open.

No I will not go in war in France.

I now we are a very powerfull army, and we have the best soldiers of the civilized world. But I am not ready to go fight army of 800 men in France land just to help a county that always refuse to sign treaty with us ...

That never helping us in the deep need of iron we got ...

But again that will be up to the council to decide ...

Rosalynn sends a messenger to deliver a copy of a post made in the Public Prosecutor's Office in Somerset for the Duke's notification since it deals with a council member, to the Duke's Secretary's office. Having more correspondence to go out that day, she's asked the messenger not to wait for a reply but to return as soon as possible to her. The boy sets the missive in the 'Inbox' on the Secretary's desk and departs quickly.

2. Any official, appointed or elected, who attempts to circumvent or manipulate the valid judicial processes of the County of Somerset, is punishable with one day's imprisonment.

004 Abuse of Power
Any official, appointed or elected, who shall

- abuse the powers of their office;
- grossly neglect their duties;
- act in a way disadvantageous of the people of Somerset or any town in Somerset;
- and/or commit any deed punishable under the Laws of Somerset,

shall be punishable with either:

- imprisonment of up to three days;
- or a fine equal to the worth of the damage done, increased with a percentage between 10 and 25.

In case of an official occupying a position on the Council of Somerset, the Judge may also recommend that the convict be dismissed from that position.

Perpetrator refused several times to file the case regarding Bryax several times, that I as mayor of Bath, had filed on the 24th. He acknowledged his own inadequacy in knowing Somerset's laws regarding bread where the maximum posted price allowed is 9,00. He proceeded to argue the case and state how the Judge would rule in the case if taken to trial. Because he has only 2 days left in office, he again refused to file the case, telling me to wait until the next PP is in place.

He isn't out of office yet but seems to believe he no longer needs to do his duty by the county or the towns of Somerset.
