ok, since laws of somerset see to have the right ot pratice need to be authorize by council.

I believe we can just add him somewhere in the JBS system.

Well you cant be both on the jury and be acting as a defense counsellor. If he wants to be a defense counsellor, then I have no problems. I thought he would be better as a jury member though.

Don't see how me came into that^^,
I asked him about this, he said he would prefer defence council.
