Sparhawk21 has been ill for quite some time IRL with pneumonia.

He is now showing up dead ingame, and I havent been able to contact him on MSN for some time now. So we have a dead Captain, I would suggest we shift somebody to the post. Bellos is no longer mayor of Chard, so he would be the best choice

Thoughts?
