The army is at the doors of the city

The army is seeking a military advisor (10 Army State Points) for 20,00 pounds


The army is seeking a military advisor (20 Army State Points) for 25,00 pounds

Oh well ... The army has to be accepted by the Captain and for now due to inactivity from Hypno I have taken control as Captain until further notice.

Our plans to have 2 armies to defend Somerset might be part of this plan. I do not know yet since we have no word from Hypno.
Kulles might b making an army on the request of hypno. The bad part is .. If I is to step down from the Captain position my army will disband in 5 days.

So I suggest this. If no one objects as to me holding on to the Captaincy and we regard Hypno as Captain with title and the power (funding) of a second army, we will not have to create an army from scratch.

This is a long process I might add which take the better part of a week. (depending on how many people available to supply army points)

I will of cause abide to the council decision to step down if this is the wish of my peers. I can supply army points myself so I can ALSO create a new arm for the protection of Somerset.

According to our dear duchess she thinks it is a sinister army that hypno has something to do with.

Due to the fact Lord Hypno is away due to illness in the family I will temporarily assign you the captaincy so the army will not disband and in light of Kulles forming his own army without prior notification of council I think it is prudent at this time.

I have messaged Lord Kulles about this and our concerns but as yet I have not received a reply.
He will of course be charged with treason as it violates the laws of somerset.

Careful Lord Krelian, that is defamation. Not to mention your attempt to blackmail me into giving you the sheriff's post by offering information about that army.
What exactly do you know about it? And how so?

Yes, perhaps we could focus on the imminant danger here? An army being formed without prior consent of the council on Somerset territory? Could we do something please? A little leadership would be nice.

This army if it is the same one was being formed when I passed through Gloucester and that was 5 days ago. This person should have been confronted before now. What can we do? does Bellos' army have men? Can it be moved to intercede if this new army is hostile?

Oh, yes that was Lord Anto's army passing thru to Cornwall.

This army has a red flag.

I saw a green flag on the Travel screen as I left. I am sure it was not Anto's as I know who he is. The army was being formed by someone I do not know, I did not give it much thought other than "thats odd" but I assumed it was a Gloucester citizen. I thought perhaps this was the same one.

I remember that I had been in the tavern with you . That was NNGO passing thru to Cornwall and Kulles flag is red. He just formed it and is hiring.

Yes I am sure this is not the same one as the one I saw was not named. But I am certain it was not Anto's. I would have taken notice of Anto's Army. I saw it while I was up in the northern territories. Perhaps I am mistaken, but it is neither here nor there at this point.

We need to determine the reason this army is forming on our doorstep. And take action to block it if it is for nefarious purposes.

Yep, I already contacted them, the case against Allikath further substantiates my claim that i would be for attacking the castle, which is the pretext i contacted them in. So if I get a response, I'll let everyone know.

first anto army past somerset to go pick someone in Cornwall and to return to Stafford he warn me before doing so, but that was during my absence ...

For kulles he create an army, with out asking. i ask him about it, after old chief marshals of GC warn me, is response he want to try it. So far i see no danger here to learn how it<S work from is part...

I believe you need to drop your case against Allikath, it is unfounded, unprovable and makes the council look weak. Please try to be more econstructive rather then creating chaos with reckless lawsuits

I will second Hypno in the part as where he claims this to be of little danger. Kulles have shown a valuable asset to SAS and he has asked me for my msn so that we together cvan test the army issues.

He seems quite openly and I see no harm in him creatinig this army of his. It will cost him a lot of money to maintain so I doubt he will have a large army.
He could of cause have A LOT of friend willing to work for free as soldiers.

Hypno have claimed to have no part in Kulles army adventures I might add.
I believe Hypno would do all in his power to defend Somerset to the best of his ability.

To sum up .. I think we should let Kulles continue his creation and when it stands he has to officially explain to the council what exactly he wants to do with this army.

It it for the captain to acknowledge an army and I (or Hypno) will only do so at the majority of the council.

Kulles has been in contact with me about the army and there is no threat.

The Knights of Phoenix have always been loyal to the king and all the duchys. They are not a criminal organization.

Has council sanctioned the KoP in Somerset? Just asking. I believe there is a law, or was, as it was a central theme to a verbal battle with Julius and the Octavian Legion not long ago.

Yes there is a law about armies operating and recruiting in Somerset.

I am not sure, I know they had requested sanction in Wiltshire, and it was granted, before the split but I don't remember if they followed up in Somerset afterwards.

If so it would be in the council archives in the RK forum.

KOP is the only group sanctioned in somerset, been done two term ago i think ... vote by the entire council at that time
