(and yes, I did make the topic title vague so you would read my post Razz)

How would you lovely active citizens of Somerset like a place in the Bristol Forum for just role-play? Right now the only place (I know of) here for role-play is the SAS, and with the other areas (Town councils, County Councils and Embassy's) not everyone is involved in the SAS. If we had a separate role-play area, Soldiers, Councilors and ambassadors could get to know each other a little better, and have some fun.

Comments anyone?

well, Marshy out! pirat

Dill likey, likey Marshy's idea. (Milday Marshmellow when not using emphatic joy).

Milady, I do believe that is a grand idea, and excellent way for county citizens to get to know all from Somerset. I'd second it if it were a motion and I were able to.

I'll echo Dylan's sentiments. Personally, I was fortunate enough to receive an invite to the Regent's masked ball and it was a wonderful experience. Some inter-town gatherings would be of great benefit to the county and people of Somerset.
In addition (and I am being serious), perhaps we should send some invites to the people who currently feel disenfranchised by law 3.5.7 so they can experience the Somerset citizens as real people, and not just as occasionally excitable politicians. Perhaps someone could go through the election threads and send out invitations to all who posted.
I should add Marshie, I almost overlooked this entry as the subject seemed redundant. But we all love ya, so I couldn't pass by.

lol! Very funny, mate! I say it is a motion, as it was pretty much worded as one, and it is the Public's forum so you have seconding powers! So.... the motion has been seconded! tongue

Aww! A great idea! Offer an olive branch (sorry I have used that so much recently)! Catullus, you warmed my heart with this.

And, as someone who is not in SAS, and therefor not privy to the RPs that I have heard so much about, I would LOVE a little RP action!

Good on ya, mates!

Then How about 2 areas for RP? One formal and one informal

I took the liberty of complying with this request and as such I welcome each of you to the Bards Tale Tavern at Bristol for a round of ale.

I also look forward to seeing each of you on the dancefloor of the Queens Robes Ballroom at our first official Castle Ball coming to a ballroom near you soon!

To be quite honest I feel quite uncomfortable these days posting in this forum at all. If I could avoid posting here without being in dereliction of my responsibilities I would do so. I have come to the belief that role play should go on in the RK forum where others may participate more easily. I am willing to be demoted from Corporal if saying this reduces my SAS action point count, which I got from role playing here in the first place.

i believe role playing should take place in both forums as
a person can easily be recruited to the sas from the rk forums.

i would like to see the whole thing cleaned up as on the rk forum under sas there is rarely a post at all. At the castle of Bristol however players alike can do more with what they want to say or do. an example being the sas training exercises. this is a place for sommersest citizens and therefore bringing the couty together.

to put it basically RK forums are the starting piont and Bristol is where it all happens.
