And as for the taverns of Chard being the recruiting grounds, no unless I see you there, for I branch to all avenues to find the true at heart. Those that wish to keep us free and are willing to do so little for so much.
It costs me much but is My Word an Me that I give, to this great and honorable family that is US it is SAS.

To all of you who have joined welcome. And you are now part of this great family indeed. We may have our differences but we can overcome them all to benefit all in the end. Damned good to have you all here and I hope that you will all be posting in my office to confirm your commitment to this expanding family that you are a part of now, M'Brothers and Sisters in Arms I salute you all.

If it helps Loxley, I got that it was a joke. Everyone knows Bare and Sela are perfect and awesome and treat each other perfectly, be assured that we would never think less of anyone in the SAS.

Corporal Bare-- you are doing an awesome job in Chard with your recruiting. All of us can't stop thanking you for your huge efforts. As for recruiting and techniques, I found that when I first started out as Lieutenant, that was the only way I used to recruit through taverns, and we started to come out strong with recruits. It's good to have everyone in taverns recruited, as it seems we are one big and close family as the SAS is our good family. Though it is not necessarily a SAS tavern, my soldiers always come up to me and salute me and come to me in taverns for their questions. So it's a very good venue to have soldiers encouraged and be able to feel a part of a family. Sometime's forums can't offer you that same type of thing, especially if a soldier isn't too into RPing.

Mailings work as well, if you have the time for them. And I've found that the people that were mailed also come in taverns when they have questions, so it's good if taverns were utilized and there's always someone there to be encouraging. Right now, I'm so busy IRL that my good soldiers have been working to recruit, or even you Loxley have recruited.

I'm proud of all the soldiers actively recruited and being there to set an example for all of Somerset, and England.

As for Gloucester and its inactivity. Hmm, please know that I would like to help in any way that I can. We are a team, and it's not a town vs. town competition, as Bare said-- we are an honorable family. We all act with honor. I will come to Gloucester if you need help in the taverns or something, I don't know. I just hope that we can start working on getting your town up there.

Summer's come for me. I will be free to focus on SAS. So keep in touch, I want to help.

I see that the dispute has been honourably settled,but i must add that having spoken with Barerose on occassion in the tavern the subject of SAS had not been broached until I had inquired about the bow the good corporal had used to dispatch of a pesky family of rabbits that were ravaging my veggies ! thx again

I am a new to the Kingdom but have already discovered a great group of people in Chard. An invitation from BareRose arrived on my doorstep to consider joining the SAS. I am humbled that a new person in the midst of long time residents was extended to myself. I would ask that you consider me to protect the fine area of England that we call home.
