Hello, I'm not quite entering "military service" but I feel this will be most appropriate for my offer of service.

Does the SAS in need of a scientist? I can work with HTML, CSS, PHP, and ASP.NET (the last two are the only ones that are important) to create an interface that will allow better control and management of the army, and its ranks and records.

The system will begin production when you accept the proposal. It is free, however maintenance and service is not because I have expenditures I need to relieve myself of. 40 pounds a week as a wage and I will work as a technician to continue to find improvements and enhancements, and I will fix any problems that come up whether they are caused by a remote exception or by human misuse.

Now, how exactly will this system work? An administrator will be able to add recruits to a database. All recruit data will be pulled from the database into a list, with drop down menus and what not to allow the administrator to modify their rank, their location and squadron, duration of service, and write notes about them.

There will also be a public view of the database, allowing visitors to see the list of recruits and their information but not be able to edit that information.
