Going Away Temporarily?

This is something we had last term. If any councilorl needs to be away from her/his duties for a certain period of time (retreat), please post it here. This will help us all know if anyone is away. Please to not hesitate to state you are leaving temporarily, RL catches up to us all at some point. It is in the private council room in case the absence could hurt security (e.g. Captain).

Good idea Rebo!!

I will be leaving town later this afternoon and will not be home till Sunday. Where I am going I should still be able to briefly access a computer. So matters should be okay.

I regret that I was unable to post my absence, but I was placed in the hospital suddenly without internet access. I was able to get a message to the Duke.

I am back and able to perform basic council duties, and Monday I will be able to do more if needed.

I had you on my prayer list. I hope everything is all right.

I am resting up, but can take on Sheriff duties if needed. I did not want to jump right back into work until I had a day or so at home without further problems.

As of today, I am back as Sheriff, but I may not be able to get daily reports submitted, or if I do, not in as timely a manner as previously.

I am not going away (not yet at least), but I want to let you all know that my activity will be decreasing in the next few days. I am not sure how many of you know about the terrible fires that are happening in Southern California. Currently I am totally safe from the fires, and they are not threatening either my home or my workplace, but it has affected many people that I know. I will certainly be able to log on and check on things, but I am not sure how pro-active I will be in the very near future.

Rebo above all be safe this is only a game. IRL I have family in CA that I have been praying that the fires will not affect them. I shall include you in my prayers.

I have had the priviledge of recieving a letter from Lady Brighda recently. She has joined Lord Gregarious and others to Chester. She wishes to apologize for leaving without formal notice to the Duke and the Council. I told her that an apology was probably not necessary as she is doing good work, but said I would relay her sentiments anyway.

(ooc. she has had computer problems recently. Her computer is in the shop and has to log on in a public library for restricted time. She is unable to access a lot of pages, and does not have time to do everything, so she apologizes for not being more active right now.)

I will be out of town from Friday night till Sunday night (GMT – 6). Rebo has my proxy for any votes during that time.

I will be away and mostly offline through the thanksgiving day holidays.

Please replace me as constable as I will not be online everyday.
