Going Away Temporarily?

Fellow Councilors,

Due to the increased concern over a lack of attendance in the Council, I building this "mail box". As we all know, RL sometimes prevents us from fully playing RK sometimes. If you know you are going to be temporarily unable to play RK to the fullest extent, please drop a note in this box telling us when you are leaving and when you should arrive back. I hope that this will clarify some things- everyone goes away or has other things that demand his/her full attention sometimes.

Here is an example of what I am talking about. Note, this is not real- I am not leaving from Tuesday to Thursday:

I, Rebo, am going on a work related retreat (I do not think it is necessary to put the reason for your absense in here, but you can if you like) from Tuesday, August 1 to Thursday, August 3.

I have moved this topic as I consider it a security risk. Maybe Anto and his NNGO are friendly to us. Maybe the Wolves of Sherwood won't range this far south. Maybe i'm just being paranoid. But announcing the absence of our temporal and military leadership in public is NOT something I think a great idea.

(ooc. Something urgent has come up irl, and I must go on retreat until Sunday night/Monday morning (US time). This is a very ill-timed necessary absence, and I apologize to all of you. I will ask about a proxy and report back.)
