And another case of fraud comes to my courts...

It would be so much simpler (for me to sentence Twisted Evil ) if we had a law that said that merchants needed to contact the mayor of that town to notify them that they are selling commodities on their market, and to ask if this is ok (not over stocked) right now we have big holes in our laws like the case against Davejones, this will hopefully fill one.

You seem confused.
The case against Davejones was an instance of the town hall selling to a merchant in a pre-arranged deal by the mayor.
Davejones bought the goods and even after contact from the mayor did not put them back on the market for the same price so the merchant could continue the trade.
Instead he put them on the market at .75 higher.
Profiteering, there is no confusion or inadequtecy in that law.

As town hall agent I then bought them with the TH grant.
There are screen shots of him buying and screenshots of him re-selling at a profit on the same market.
It is a slam dunk and I hope the maximam sentence will be imposed along with compensation to the TH for the added expense it had to spend to re-buy the goods to complete the original trade.

Perhaps I should not have reference davejones, but what I said has nothing to do with his case, I simply stated how do we know the fish he bought is the fish you sold? thats were the hole is.. of course I know he did because of his tone he used in his statment..
