| 1. Someone please contact apocas to see if he is ready to be mod of the debate. (sorry i got limited time)
2. Trade with Wiltshire of iron and stone. (current under go)
3. I have to check with BA if deal are still ok
4. Find wheat and corn for the fodder shortage, we are in dangerously low
5. upgrade of the gold mine of bath before cap get lower and by the same way number of miner get lower (reason is when we upgrade we receive the next day a free maintenance so if the mine is full that give us more money)
6. Be prepare to supply Bristol in basic need, be prepare of masive exode of citizens next week when the new county will be up (yeah i know i talk with ljs on msn for hours last night)
7. New position in all town hall, position of chief mentor. Need to create a laws that state that a chief mentor cannot use the automatic mail to write about any political party in it. And that the letters of each town is well done and the more neutral posible so if a chief mentor need help can ask me i done the welcome letter to new player since creation of Gloucester.
8. Army IG test bellos I need to know here is about in the test and will need screen shoot post in the topic to begin to write a guide.
So if you think you can help in one of this thing tell it here.

| I have a good supply of meat, and 40 more coming in the next couple of days. We also have 26 HHW in stock. Bridgewater can supply about 100 wheat bags at any time, but corn is in very short supply. At this moment, there are 100 bags of corn on the market, and 200 in Town Hall inventory. I think BW needs to hold that for the nonce, until things settle down.
I have offered our Chief Mentor slot to Gtown, who's been a town mentor for longer than I've been in the game. I have no fears of him using his powers as a bully pulpit, and town council (those I've seen lately) agress that he's a good choice.
I would be happy to contact Apocas about the moderation, and to draft both a suggested mentor letter (bassically, the one I've been sending) and a law emphasizing that use of the position to further the goals of any political party or agenda is grounds for dismissal.

It is considered, and even states so in the mentors office, "a message from the mayor" so we already have existing laws that cover this. As to dismissal, the mayor may do that at any time for any reason. It is not an elected position. - Quote :

No need to get carried away on the corn. 2000 is a considerable amount and will last a while. GC can also provide corn on a weekly basis. We have averaged 394 wheat and 576 corn a week, over the past 4 weeks, used as fodder. So even with the addition of Bristol corn should be all right. We do desperately need wheat. 100 wheat would be helpful tho. Can BW provide this on a weekly basis? I am trying to encourage new level 1s to raise wheat and experienced level 1s to concentrate more on a second field instead of moving to level 2 and starting a profession we don't need at the moment. Once the new council is in place I think it would be important if one of the first issues we handle is to initiate a county loan system to help people obtain second fields and also to help level 2s who are interested advance to level 3. That can get pricey.

| Bristol will never be enable to spply county, is the reverse. Don't forget capital have only 200 field max...
So yes we need to import and is not that much to be secure.
Now it's seem that wiltshire break is trade deal with us. The trader has already in chard and ready to be in dorcester tomorrow.
Now that means wiltshire county have no word and have to compensate somerset for such action.
If not then i can assure that wiltshire-somerset relation will suffer. But no only wiltshire will have trouble with us but sussex also after i speak with count zerostar.

| Saj has been kind enough to provide me with his general standards of reserves and impart guidance as I have sought it.
The Corn enroute was already in the works and will assure the ready reserve he has as a general always had available will still remain as such.

I was referring to their usage in buying livestock not to any help they could give us. It is very evident they will be of no help in supplies ifact they will drain us. - Quote :

I was including the corn enroute.

| Trade with Wiltshire is done, but the deal get change.
We get 750 stone at 14.5 from them and 400 iron at 18p
Now, I buy also the 400 iron of worcester and they will sent a trader in Gc to sell us 750 more stone and we will sellback their 400 iron.
So I need you allikath to create a grant of 11k, and then ellsbeth you put 400 iron in it and grant it to me. So i can buy their stone, they buy the iron and i close the grant.
Thank | |

| I don't know if BW can supply that amount of wheat (100 bags) every week until some of the new population begins production. I have to balance what I buy with trying to keep millers, bakers and wheat farmers all happy! Once the new players start to become productive, of course, all worries about wheat and corn will vanish. | |

| It is because there are no new topics showing to me from there. I always check when I see the new topic indicator but I have not seen it so I have not browed it.
I will vote but as Chardonnay points out in her votes It will not allow me to vote in the poll so It will be a post vote instead. I assume the poll is expired by board standards and that is why I cannot.

| The COA ruked against our county for lack of clarity on the issues that these cover. It is about closing loopholes and making the laws air tight. | |

| These decrees allow the town some degree of Autonomy. It grants the Mayors the abilty to regulate and define what constitutes dumping on a more specific basis for their particular town rather than a blanket description as each town has individual needs and non needs. | |

| They have right to create municipal laws, but the laws must be approve by the county council what they ask right now
Is the same for changing wage or other thing like that they have the power for it just need council to said yes or no, but no must come with good reason at my sense.
That is to prevent some mayor to make laws that can prevent county agent to work, like that happen in CW

| In that case I think we should make it to apply to all towns before we vote on it. | |

| All towns have not expressed the desire to have such laws and the People were promised more town autonomy as that is what they want. | |

| Somerset laws give the towns more authority. They just have not taken advantage of it. | |

| And if we start making blanket laws that have to apply to every town then each town cannot enact these decrees that allow the Mayors to tailor the rules of their own town to accomodate their particular natural resources among other issues. Whether they take advantage of the freedoms extended or not they want to know they have those freedoms.
There are a great many freedoms I personally have not taken advantage of as citizen of my own RL country but By God I will fight to maintain them for others and myself should a time arise I do need or want to act on one of them. So by that token I can't see why we should stand in the way of allowing the towns a Municipal Decree that gives them an added layer of protection and a measure of town autonomy.
