Bill of indictment

Quote :
Your Honor, this is another Judicial Treaty Case. I am filing this on the behest of the Worcester County Council as Maxcellus sold bread for 10.00p, which in Worcester, is fraud and we are charged with prosecuting him by the treaty we signed with Worcester.

Please allow me to post an excerpt from the Legal Corpus of Worcester (Book 6, Section 002) :

6 VI. Sixth Book - Fraud
This Book of Law shall contain laws carrying punishment, to be prosecuted under the "fraud" indictment.

002 Maximum prices
Whoever shall sell goods at prices above the maximums set below, shall be sentenced:

0021. To pay a fine:
- First offence: (price sold for – half the minimum recommended selling price) x 2 x (number of products sold)
- Second offence: (price sold for – half the minimum recommended selling price) x 3 x (number of products sold)
- Third and further offences: one day imprisonment for each offence to date.

0022. To give 1 TP to the victim of their crime.

00221 Corn
Recommended selling price: 3.75-4.25 pounds
Maximum price: 5 pounds

00222 Wheat
Recommended selling price: 13-14 pounds
Maximum price: 15 pounds

00223 Flour
Recommended selling price: 15-16.50 pounds
Maximum price: 17 pounds

00224 Bread

And here is the proof:

Your Honor, this defendent has done this more than once and has fled Worcester County, so he knows his actions were wrong and tried to flee the law, as usual with these cases I ask for a high sentence.
