| that we consider a vote on a neutral moderator for county elections.
I propose we contact a non resident for the position, perhaps Bimber or one of the other HOP nominees who were posed for the Regent debate so we can fill the position efficiently and conduct the debate as is lawful.

| Drrino announced his departure in HOP today and will be unavailable to a large extent beginning next week for an extended period of time according to a member of the Law society where he apparently posted his imminent departure as well so he would not be available for the entire time making him an unsuitable candidate.
He also expressed his dissatisfaction with the Somerset Legal Corpus in the Trial verdict from the HOP which automatically would disqualify him as that would render him a biased party in the matter and the point is to locate a mod who has no bias or agenda in the county or intimate ties to either party.

| Bimber the gentleman who modded the Regent debate this election has returned mail and he is able and willing to serve the citizens of Somerset as Debate Mod.
As such if there is no objection the official debate can begin at Monday reset and questions can be called for immediately from citizens.
to expedite the matter I will post in the Inn asking for any objection to this person from all 3 parties so all 3 can weigh in.

| It is 9 days until election, 8 after reset. By the time the first question is presented voting will have begun.
I think we have missed the boat and probably can just settle for the independent debate now occuring in Somerset inn such as it is.

| The moderator has arrived and opened the debate and there can still be 8 days of neutrally moderated debate. | |
