This alleged action of yours is characterised as a crime in article 2.2.2 of the Legal Corpus of Somerset, which dictates:
Art. 2.2.2. : A robbery is defined as any action, the goal of which is to steal the goods of someone else. This is a moderate crime. A violent robbery is defined as any action, the goal of which is to steal the goods of someone else through the use of violence. This is a serious crime. Organized robbery is defined as any action of robbery that negates the liberty of movement of the citizens and of goods in the Duchy. This is an infamous crime. The sentence for this crime are described in Article 2.1.2 and Article 2.1.3 First defence pleading - Quote :

Prosecutor indictment - Quote :
- Since the defendant didn't contest the evidence and the witness' testimony I propose that he is found guilty of (attempted) violent tobbery. This is a serious crime but given that
i)The defendant confessed his crime. ii)He has no criminal record. iii)His attempt was unsuccesfull. I suggest a fine of 30 p to be imposed as a punishment. Last defence pleading - Quote :
- Guilty
Can I work off the Amount? The prosecutor called Desdemmonna - Quote :
- Desdemmonna enters the courtroom with helmet tucked under her arm and salutes the Council and Flag before swearing in.
Your Honor, I humbly stand before ye here today to bear witness to a crime committed against me as I was traveling on Cornwall RedCoat Guard business to retrieve one of my fellow brothers at arms and bring him home. The journey had been long and quite uneventful until the night before I reached my destination of the fair town of Gloucester. On the road between Bristol and Gloucester, I encountered a brigand intent on divesting me of the last piece of bread and bit of coin I had left. I being well equipped and on horseback was easily able to fend off his attack. Ooc: I present this screen shot again just for the record. https://img.photobucket.com/albums/v299/Desdemmonna/RK/robberyattempt.jpg
I do not know if this man’s intentions were malicious or spawned out of desperation, all I can attest to are the events that occurred on the 16th of March. I thank you kindly for allowing this soldier to testify in court today. Statement of accusation - Quote :
- Knowelss, I find you guilty violating Article 2.2.2 of the Legal Corpus of Somerset.
You have already confessed that you are guilty, because of this I will lower your sentence.
I will fine you 40 pounds for attempted robing.
