Bill of indictment

Clare you are hereby accused that on or about the 7th day of April 1455, of willingly and with intent having revolted against the Town Hall of Bridgewater albeit this attempt was unsuccessful.

This alleged crime is addressed in article 2.4.2. of the Legal Corpus of Somerset which dictates :

Art. 2.4.2. : An act of rebellion is defined as any action to attack the Town hall or the County Castle or the takeover of these institutions.

A rebellion is defined as a serious crime. The sentence is set in Article 2.1.3.

You have the right to defense counsel.

The witness(es) are obliged to testify under oath.
