This alleged crime is addressed in article 2.4.2. of the Legal Corpus of Somerset which dictates :
Art. 2.4.2. : An act of rebellion is defined as any action to attack the Town hall or the County Castle or the takeover of these institutions.
A rebellion is defined as a serious crime. The sentence is set in Article 2.1.3.
