Lawsuit between Lucyfer and Somerset

Bill of indictment

Quote :
It is alleged Lucyfer hired Bludar for 12,00 £ in the town of Bridgewater.Lucyfer has violated Article 2.2.3 in the Legal Corpus of Somerset. Which states

Artical. 2.2.3. :Slavery is defined as any attempt to hire someone with an indecent wage. The minimum decent wage is the minimum wage declared by the concerned Town Hall through decrees, otherwise the minimum wage of the Duchy, minimum wage of the duchy is 15 pounds. An exception can be made for helping another citizen, for a religious service act or for a redemption act. The Judge can recognize the a private contract that goes below the minimum wage on the condition that this arrangement was announced to the lieutenant of police of the town in public. Slavery is a light crime, thus the sentence will be a fine at the discretion of the Judge. A repeat offense of slavery will be a moderate crime.

Evidence to the crime can be found here -

It is written in the Legal Corpus of Somerset in Article. 2.1.5. : Confession of a crime can lower the degree of the sentence.

The Defendant can choose to confess his crime, defend himself, or seek legal assistance if he so wishes

First defence pleading

Quote :
thats a lie

Prosecutor indictment

Quote :
Your Honour, the defendant ignored my plea to him for compensation of the victim.I give him a second chance to correct his mistake by calling Bludar as a witness. If Bludar testifies that he was adequately compensated by Lucyfer,I propose a minimum fine. If the defendant ignores this second warning I propose a fine of at least 40 pounds.

Last defence pleading

Quote :
Yes i did indeed but i didnt knew that...
i am most deeply sorry about my actions!

The prosecutor called Bludar

Quote :
His statement:
I was hired by Lucyfer on 26-01-07 00:43 to work under his command and was paid 12P for my work.

Statement of accusation
The defendant has been proved guilty of slavery.

Quote :
Lucfyer I find you guilty violating Article 2.2.3 in the Legal Corpus of Somerset. You also admitted to the crime, thus I give a lighter sentence.

Also in the drawing below, it shows a transcation between Lucfyer and Bludar. Bludar was told to put up a wood bushel for 12 pounds, and Lucfyer bought this giving Bludar 8 pounds extra, 12+8=20 pounds (Bludar gets 20 pounds wage instead of the 12 pounds).
