Just an inquiry. What is the exact Book and article that councilor Budicca is stating and Duchess Allikath is supporting in refusing to allow councilor Krenlian's case to go through. Also under what section of the law are councilors allowed to remove each other from power.

One last thing... is there a way to provide a public speaking area for normal citizens to provide their opinions and views on what the councilors debate on? I find it quite hard to keep up and ask councilors questions if there is no way to communicate ideas.

Robert,

Thank you for your inquiry. I shall answer the second first.

As I think you have already found, there is a newly created area for the public and council to interact. You can find it by clicking on this link:
https://somerset.rpg-board.net/The-council-of-Somerset-c11/Public-Discussion-Area-f86/Just-Q-and-A-Questions-for-the-Duchess-t817.htm

Regarding your first question. Can you be more specific as to which of Lady Budicca's comment you are referring?

Cheers!
