| DAMMIT DAMMIT DAMMIT!!%@&%#&#*@*@(((&!@^!^#&##)#!)(@87!!! FYI: - Quote :
- R4zi3l, this court takes a very dim view indeed of market speculators, and I must impress upon you the gravity of this crime. You have, however, professed contrition; and this court is willing to accept your sincerity, as justice demands that the law give a citizen the benefit of the doubt.
Accordingly, it is the opinion of this court that justice is best served by a fine of only one [1] pound to the King; and a further fine by way of restitution to the town of Chard. You are hereby ordered to sell to the Town Hall of Chard [or the Mayor’s designated representative] 24 loaves of bread at a price of 8,20 pounds each. You are to contact the Mayor forthwith and make arrangements to complete this transaction within seven [7] days, and provide such proof as she may require to Mayor Aeryn_Sun that such has been done.
This court will not require a public apology at this time, as no further good is deemed to be gained from humiliating a citizen who has vowed to make right his ill deed and to engage in no futher crimes of this kind. BUT as you are an experienced citizen and tradesmen, you are reminded that this court will not look favorably at all upon a repeat offense of this nature, nor with failure to comply with the sentence set forth herein.
OOPS I goofed up big time i meant to say 6,20 pounds NOT 8,20!!!! a very unfortunate typo i cant edit the verdict and dont what to do. I really screwed that up thats what they get for letting a pig farmer be a judge. aw shoot. help? atri feelign pretty stoopid, and rightly so

| I sent a mail to R4, explaining the error and asking him to do the right thing and sell at 6,20. But i dont know if he wants be an ass about it or not. The error is mine. If nothing else i will reimburse the TH the 48 pounds difference. This has NOT been a good week. I feel like crawling in a hole and hiding. Atri the careless moron | |

| Honorable Judge,
Please do not be so harsh on yourself. It was a simple mistake, and you need not even think about reimbursing the town. R4 is a very reasonable person (and pretty sure he is in Portugal now anyway), I am sure he will understand and comply.
Really, this mistake is hardly even a drop in the bucket.
I sent you a PM regarding what I think you should do (before I saw this thread), and think you have already done it.
Most importantly, stop beating yourself up. I wish you were the Judge the whole term.
Respectfully, Rebo | |

| Takes Atri's hand and slaps her wrist.
Stop it! You are being unnecessarily hard on yourself, I mean look, at least you rendered a verdict.

| Atri, dear don't worry about it. I'm sure it will all get worked out & the TH won't suffer without 48 pounds. It's an innocent mistake, it happens to the best of us. I bet your hard work on the Festival brought in at least that much extra that we would not have had otherwise. Stop beating yourself up over this. | |

Thank you all. And mike sir is quite right. R4 is in portugal. I heard from him, and to his credit, he said he would respect the sentence if it were possible. I told him not to worry about it. Im hoping it just fades away with no one else noticing. Thanks again for being so understanding everyone, and thank you madame mayor for letting me off the hook The duchess told me "not to worry about it" also, so I guess... wel, still bothers me I made such a careless error. dang it.
