Statement of accusation
Judge Atri wrote:
The defendant has been proved guilty of public disorder.

This court finds the defendant, Zlodei, guilty as charged.

In the matter of sentencing, the court notes the defendant is a repeat offender and demonstrates no remorse for her crimes.
It is further noted that the defendant is currently incarcerated elsewhere and has a balance of negative 696 pounds on hand.

It is the opinion of this court that further incarceration would be the equivalent of a death sentence, and is therefore rejected. The prosecution's request for an apology to all the people of England is also rejected, as this court has no jurisdiction beyond the borders of this duchy.

In consideration of these things, it is the sentence of this court that the defendant, Zlodei:
1. be fined one [1] pound
2. grant one [1] trust point to her intended victim, Brighda
3. issue a public apology in the Sommerset Inn Forum
4. work two [2] days in the church of the nearest town and post screenshots as proof in the above apology, or have the local Priest testify therein that you have performed said duty.

Zlodei, I caution you that failure to comply with the orders of this court will result in further charges and MUCH less lenient sentencing.
The defendant has been sentenced to 1 pound fine.
Bill of indictment

It is alleged Zlodei of Chard attempted to rob Brighda of Chard on the node between Chard and Exter. Under the Legal Corpus of Somerset attempted robbery is still a violation of Article 2.2.2, which reads:

Art. 2.2.2. : A robbery is defined as any action, the goal of which is to steal the goods of someone else. This is a moderate crime.

Evidence to the crime can be found here:

Or here:
https://2img.net/r/ihimizer/img265/7366/zlodeiqr7.png

It is written in the Legal Corpus of Somerset in Article. 2.1.5. : Confession of a crime can lower the degree of the sentence.

The Defendant can choose to confess her crime, defend himself, or seek legal assistance if she so wishes.

As this is a repeat offence, it should carry a higher punishment, per our Legal Corpus:
Art. 2.1.4. : A repeat offense will face a higher degree of sentencing.

It is written in the Legal Corpus of Somerset in Article 2.1.2. that a moderate crime can carry the following sentence:

Art. 2.1.2. : The various sentences of Somerset Duchy are :
ii. Fine
iii. Jail time; for a light sentence, jail time is less than or equal to 3 days.

I recommend that Zlodei be found guilty and be held in jail for one day, fined 50 pounds, one days work in the Church, a public apology to all citizens of England, and obliged give a trust point to Brighda. I was being lenient with her last time she attempted to rob one of our citizens, but as she has been caught yet again my patience and leniency have run thin. And for goodness’ sake, you would think she would learn not to rob bigger, stronger and smarter citizens, especially decorated SAS members!
