[RP] Arrival of the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Aragón

The ambassador came down from her carriage. He glanced quickly at this beautiful place and walked forward. His servant, Mr. Leopold ran and reached the place where were the guards of the Doors of Bristol. He bowed and spoke:
- My most cordial greetings. My lord, Don Kurt D'Agnillo Borja, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Aragon in this wonderful land wishes to meet with your Chancellor. Here's the paper certifying his position so he can enter. - And so saying the guard gave the parchment.

Me, Leril Gil de Bernabe De la Tere, Chancellor of the kingdom of Aragon, thanks to the people of Aragon, and with the authority granted by the governor, Ms. Baronesa de Araruna Muntadas Carbonell, I appoint to Mr. Kurt Borja D´Agnillo, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Aragon in the County of Somerset.

Hoping that his work succeeds in establishing a good cooperation between both territories, and prosperity for the kingdom he represents.

In the Palacio de la Alfarería of Zaragoza, the 18 of February of 1458.

Chancellor of the Kingdom of Aragon

Patan arrives at Bristol Castle and dismounts, passing the reins to one of the stable-lads so that he can take care of her horse. Noticing a carriage and a gentleman waiting nearby, she nods at the new arrival as she passes, and mounts the steps to the entrance. Reaching the door as a servant holds out the credentials of a new ambassadorial arrival, she smiles to the guard, "Thank you, I shall look after our visitor. Would you please call a servant to attend the new Ambassador?"

Patan nods at the ambassador's servant as she takes the parchment, "Thank you. Please ask the Ambassador to come into the Castle and await the Chancellor. And of course, you are welcome too - if you accompany the guard, he can take you to the servants' quarters where you can rest in the warm."

She waits while the servant runs back to his master and bids him enter the castle. On the gentleman's arrival, Patan curtsies gracefully and greets him, "Greetings, Your Excellency. I am Patan, the Secretary to the Ambassadors. We are very pleased to welcome you here to Somerset. Please, do come inside and take a seat while you await the Chancellor."

Ushering the ambassador towards the ante-chamber, Patan indicates a soft leather armchair, "If you would care to make yourself comfortable here by the fire, I shall advise the Chancellor, Sir Richard "Silvermane" Norfolk, of your arrival. In the meantime, if you should require anything, the Castle servants will be happy to provide whatever you need... please just ask."

Dropping another brief curtsy, Patan smiles and leaves the Ambassador while she goes in search of the Chancellor.

Richard "Silvermane" Norfolk arrives in a rush as he smiles and greets his excellency, Kurt Borja D´Agnillo, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Aragon to the County of Somerset.

Bowing formally to the ambassador, he speaks, "Welcome to Somerset, England, your excellency, I hope that your trip was pleasant. Warmest greetings to you, to your duke or duchess and all the people of Aragon."

Reaching into the folds of his cloak, Silvermane removes the Key to the Embassy of the Kingom of Aragon and gives it to Lord Kurt.

Calling an embassy staff member, Silvermane says, "Please escort his excellency, Kurt Borja D'Agnillo to the Aragon Embassy."

As he bows to Kurt, " Please follow this embassy employee to your Embassy, I hope that you find it to your liking."

The ambassador nodded smiling to His Excellency the Chancellor of Somerset and followed the boy to the Embassy of Aragon. Along the way Kurt was watching the heavy key in their hands. He was happy. It was very nice, and people were very friendly.
