[Discussion] Kop recognition and recruiting

I receive a letters from KOP asking to be recognize has a group in Somerset and also ti have the posibility to recruit inb somerset.

Since we have laws that force them to ask permision to council to recruit.

Here the letter:

I would hereby like to make an official request that KoP to be a recognize official armed group and allow to operate in Somerest.

I also like to have your permission to recruit the true warrior in Somerest. Kindly noted that we always support the county and the people of Somerest .

I always had great relation with Elson88 wihen i was Mayor of Marlborough and member of teh county council of Wiltshire. Elson is an honorable person and the same goes for his members. In the past i had the opportunity to approuve recognition in Wiltshire and will gladly give him and his fellow members the recognition they need in Somerset if it's put to vote.

Likewise I would support their petition if put to a vote.

I have no problems, but there should be a provisio here that priority should be given to the SAS.
