Statement of accusation The defendant has been proved guilty of public disorder. Zlodei The court of Somerset finds you guilty of the crime of attempted robbery of the person Nevalle of Chard.
This is in violation of Somerset legal corpus Art. 2.2.2. : A robbery is defined as any action, the goal of which is to steal the goods of someone else. This is a moderate crime
This court finds also that in the interim while free on your own recognizance during this trial you have once more attempted a similar crime as well as shown disrect to the judicial system by not presenting yourself before the court for this case.
As such we do not accept the Prosecutors tenured recommendation and in fact sentence you to the maximum penalty allowed by Somerset and the Kings laws.
You are hereby sentenced to jail for a period of 3 days and a fine of 17 pounds ( one day labour in the mines)

It is written in the Legal Corpus of Somerset in Article. 2.1.5. : Confession of a crime can lower the degree of the sentence.
The Defendant can choose to confess her crime, defend himself, or seek legal assistance if she so wishes.
It is written in the Legal Corpus of Somerset in Article 2.1.2. that a moderate crime can carry the following sentence:
Art. 2.1.2. : The various sentences of Somerset Duchy are : ii. Fine iii. Jail time; for a light sentence, jail time is less than or equal to 3 days.
I recommend that Zlodei be found guilty and fined 1 pound, one days work in the Church, and obliged give a trust point to Nevalle since she, thankfully, failed at robbing and is a young player with little money. First defence pleading
